The late Pete Peacock of Miami took this monster when it turned on the boat after a 2 hour battle. The shark was gaffed in the tail with a 3x6 straight Auto Gaff and was subdued after considerable objection. This was the largest fish on the lightest line in the world. An incredible 81 to 1 catch.
