6. What is the length of the trip? A full day is from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sometimes we leave earlier or stay later due to your schedule or fishing conditions.
7. What experience level is necessary? I will accommodate beginners to experienced. I am also glad to share tecniques with all.
8. Am I a licensed guide/captain? I am licensed by the United States Coast Guard and Insured to carry passengers for hire. I have more than 10 years experience on the waters of Key West.

many anglers can fish? The boat will accommodate 4.
11. Do you need to buy a fishing license? No. My license covers all while fishing on my boats.
12. Are food and beverages included? No. You are responsible for your own food and beverage.
13. Are alcoholic beverages allowed on board? No hard liquor is allowed on the boat. Mild beverages are acceptable.
14. Is fishing gear provided? Yes. I provide the latest and best tackle on the market today. All line is changed on a regular basis. However you are welcome to bring that special tackle if you like.
15. Will you be able to keep your catch? You will be able to keep a reasonable amount of fish to take home. I do encourage the release of all others.
16. Is bait provided? Yes. All bait, chum, ice and lures that are needed for the day are included.
17. What kind of clothing should you bring? I recommend you cover up as much as the weather will allow. Avoid the sun as much as possible. A medium weight jacket for the winter may be needed. Always bring a cap.
18. What about the Dry Tortugas? There are a variety of ways to fish the Dry Tortugas. The price varies considerably, i.e. mother ship, sleeping on the Vitamin Sea, or a one-day trip. Contact me in person for quotes.
19. What about bluefin tuna fishing? This fishing is done in the Atlantic off of New England during the summer months. Contact me for additional information.
20. How much deposit is required? $200 for each day booked.
21. What is the last day that you can cancel without forfeiting your deposit? Two weeks before the date booked. Even then, the day is often re-booked and then your deposit will be returned.
22. Will you be refunded if the captain cancels the trip due to weather, mechanical problems, etc.? Yes.
23. What is the cancellation policy regarding weather? The trip may be canceled by mutual consent on the day of charter, at the dock.
24. What sort of payment do I accept? Cash/checks/money-orders.
