Happy New Year
Although fishing in the Dry Tortugas is the best place to fish these days, we ended up fishing a few local half days this week as people nursed themselves back to health after New Years festivities. Fish production overall was pretty good considering the conditions. Top honors this week goes to Marty McKenna and family with a huge cartful of Snapper and Grouper. Frank Delucas and buddies had an impressive catch of fish and would have been better if we did not have such a big problem with Sharks and Amberjack. A few big beastly Black Groupers ran us into the bottom this week and are still living free, happy, and healthy.
